In 2005, BIK opened its state-of-the-art 45,000 sq ft assembly facility, just 5 minutes from Toronto Int’l Airport. Since then have expanded service and installation locations in the U.S., including Massachusetts, New York, California and now Florida. BIK strives to provide top-notch parts and service support with our 24/7 Crane-Tech Support Hotline, Emergency Service Trucks and over 80 “coast to coast” Partner Service Providers.
